You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear


 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components


 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Upon approval, you will receive

Return Authorization

Return shipping instructions

Return address details

Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
