   Order Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  How to Cancel an Order

  Cancellation Confirmation

Upon approval of your cancellation request, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  Refund for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
